It is an ancient ceremony in which you burn sacred plants, such as sage, to allow the smoke to clear and bless a space. As the smoke rises, it takes your wishes and intentions and mingles them with the universe as a way to connect heaven, earth, and humanity. If you have a meditation ritual, you can burn this Energy Clearing Incense before your practice. This will help prepare your energy and mind for meditation and allow you to more easily connect.
